About Us

Emma Carl owner of Mirror Beauty is an internationally trained skin therapist and medical aesthetician. Emma received an international scholarship to study Applied Science (Medical Aesthetics) and Medical Laser therapy at Washington University in the USA. This lead to Emma being shortlisted for the Queensland Young Achievers Award in Career Achievement for her dedication to the beauty industry in 2004. Emma is a featured columnist for industry magazines such as Professional Beauty and is dedicated to making all of her clients at Mirror Beauty have a memorable and relaxing experience.

Emma Pearson is a fully qualified remedial massage therapist and beauty therapist that specialises in all aspects of massage and beauty. She is exceptionally skilled in deep tissue, remedial and sports massage. Emma Pearson is affliated with most private health funds so rebates are available with any massage.

Mirror Beauty are proud stockists of Pola Cosmetics and Kylie's Professional Mineral Makeup. All products are of the highest quality ensuring that your homecare bring out the very best in your skin.

Products are not tested on animals.

Mums & bubs are most welcome and babysitting is available on request.  All babysitters have current blue cards so you can relax, be pampered and know that your child is in good hands.

Terms & Conditions

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers have 6 months validity from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers will not be extended past the expiry date unless arrangements are made with the manager prior to the gift voucher expiring.  No extensions will be given if your gift voucher has already expired.  If you need to reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required otherwise 50% of the value of the gift voucher will be forfeited.  If you fail to appear for an appointment, 100% of the value of the gift voucher will be forfeited.

Appointments - 2 hrs + / Couples Treatments

When you book an appointment that is 2 hrs or more or a couples treatment, you will be asked to provide a credit card number to secure the booking.  If you need to change or cancel this appointment, you must notify us by 10am the previous day otherwise 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged to this card.  If you fail to appear for this appointment 100% of the total treatment booked will be charged to this card.

 Group Bookings (3 or more people)

When you book a group treatment you will be asked to provide a credit card number to secure the booking.  If you need to change or cancel this appointment, you must provide 3 business days notice otherwise 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged to this card.  If you fail to appear for this appointment 100% of the total treatments booked will be charged to this card.   Final numbers must be confirmed 1 week before the arranged appointment day.  Confirmed numbers will be the final numbers payable on the day of treatment regardless of attendance numbers.

Arrival Time

Treatments - to get the most out of your appointment with us, we advise that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time so you can change into the appropriate attire and relax before your treatment.  A late arrival will lessen the time the Therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment.

Waxing - we ask that you allow yourself enough time to arrive for your appointment on time.  A late arrival will lessen the time the Therapist can spend with you but will still incur the full payment for the waxing you are booked in for.

Please phone and let us know if you are running late.  We try very hard at Mirror Beauty to not keep you waiting, we know your time is valuable - we do not overbook our therapists.  You will enjoy your experience so much more if you are relaxed and not rushed when you come into the salon.
